jonesy, October 3, 2010 at 6:51 PM: Yep, it's got a 500 watt 48 volt motor in it, all set up in a recumbent frame. I don't think this particular model is in production yet but the web site has it priced at about 6500 Euros plus extras. http://www.aerorider.com/en/sunrider.html

Trisled here in Australia make a Velomobile similar to this but without the electrics. I had one of their recumbent bikes for some time but sold it to buy my solar water heater. It was a great bike and a lot of fun to ride although I never quite got used to peddling lying down (to many years riding vertical I suppose). http://www.trisled.com.au/sorcererIV.html
